Undergraduate Admissions – Fall 2026 (Egyptian Students)
Admission Requirements
Admission is granted on a competitive basis. Applicants must:
- Meet the academic criteria set by the Ministry of Higher Education
- Achieve the minimum score requirements for their selected major
- Fulfill all institutional admission policies and standards
Application Process
Step 1: Online Application
Begin your application by completing the online form:

- Login credentials will be issued via email upon registration
- Email verification is required to activate your account
- Applicants must review and accept the declaration prior to submission
Step 2: Application Submission
Submit your completed application through the online portal:
- A non-refundable application fee of 1,500 EGP is required
- Payment is processed securely via card payment
Step 3: Confirmation
Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email including:
- Your Application ID
- A detailed list of required documents
Step 4: Evaluation & Interview
- Applicants will be invited to attend a personal interview
- School of Fine Arts applicants are required to complete an aptitude assessment
Step 5: Document Submission
Applicants may submit their documents through one of the following channels:
- Email Submission: Send clear scanned copies to the Admissions Office
- In-Person Submission: Submit documents directly to the Admissions Office once all documents are complete and finalized

Step 6: Admission Decision
Applicants who successfully meet all requirements and comply with Ministry regulations will receive an acceptance email from the admissions office.
Step 7: Enrollment Confirmation
To secure your place, you are required to:
- Settle the first tuition installment within the specified deadline
- Submit all original, officially authenticated documents
- Present original documents in the presence of your legal guardian
Further instructions will be clarified in your Acceptance Email
Step 8: Final Registration
The Admissions Office will finalize your enrollment by:
- Registering your data within the Ministry system
- Submitting all official documents to the Ministry of Higher Education
Additional Notes
Original documents are submitted after acceptance with the presence of the legal guardian.

International Students

Application Process
Click below to apply now and fill in the application form.
- Verify your email address to receive a username and password.
- Carefully read the attestation and approve it.
- Pay the application fee of LE 1500.
- Upload the the certificate and ID. The upload is optional, and the certificate could be submitted or sent directly to the admission office after the payment of the application fees.
- Badya student ID number will be forwarded to you via email. Make sure to mention this number in all your communication with the admissions staff.
- Set a date for the interview (the admission office will call the applicant to arrange for the interview and when successful the applicant will receive the acceptance letter and claim for the 1st instalment).
- Application will be reviewed to confirm the details.
- Taking a final decision regarding the application (acceptance/ Rejection) and sending it to the registered email.

- First installment: 30%, due upon of registration in 2026.
- Second installment: 35%, due at the end of December 2026.
