The Badya University Student Housing
We are excited to let you know that student housing is now open for the upcoming academic year. If you are planning to join us, please book your place early, as spaces are limited and in high demand.
Housing Location
The residential buildings are located inside Badya City, just a short walk from the university. Male and female students will be assigned to separate buildings for Badya students’ comfort and convenience.
Reservation Details
- Full-year reservations only
- All rooms come with air conditioning
- Fees are all-inclusive – covering rent, utilities, and internet
- Fees are for the academic year 2025/26.
- Shuttle buses will run regularly between the housing and university free of charge
- A stand-by shuttle service is also available to serve the units from Sunday to Thursday until 9:00 PM
- The university only facilitates housing with Badya City and is not responsible for cleaning or property management.

How to reserve
To reserve your room, please visit the Facilities Office at Badya University and or fill out the online housing registration form accessible via the button below.
Starting 17 August 2025, you can also schedule a site visit through the same office.
