Program Highlights
Students will explore key topics such as image-making, typography, branding, visual identity, and layout design, addressing real-world communication challenges through creative thinking and design innovation.
Throughout the program, students will engage with subjects including the principles of design, user experience, visual storytelling, and cultural context. They will also study design history and contemporary communication practices, gaining a deeper understanding of the social and cultural role of visual design.
In parallel, students will develop technical proficiency in industry-standard design software and digital tools, enabling them to produce high-quality visual content for a wide range of media. The program empowers students to translate ideas into impactful visual messages, preparing them for careers in advertising, publishing, branding, digital content creation, and creative consultancy—both locally and internationally.
Skill Development
Graduates of the Graphic Design program are equipped to work in diverse roles across the creative and communication sectors. Career opportunities include positions as graphic designers, branding specialists, visual identity consultants, editorial designers, and user interface (UI) designers. Graduates may join advertising agencies, media companies, publishing houses, design studios, or operate as independent creative professionals. Their broad skillset enables them to contribute to dynamic visual communication strategies in both corporate and cultural contexts—locally, regionally, and globally.
Graduates will be prepared to take on roles within companies and institutions such as:
- Graphic Designer in advertising agencies, branding consultancies, visual identity development and Cultural and Artistic Event Designer.
- Editorial Designer for newspapers, magazines, and publishing houses.
- UI/UX Designer specializing in user interface and user experience for digital platforms.
- Packaging Designer and Media Production Designer contributing to commercial visual content and product presentation.
- Design Educator or Studio Founder, working in academic training or establishing independent graphic design practices.

Academic Prerequisites
- Egyptian Thanaweya Amma: Any track – علمي علوم / علمي رياضه / أدبي.
- American Diploma: 8 subjects incl. English + 7 approved subjects + SAT/ACT/EST.
- Canadian Diploma: 8 subjects from Grades 11 & 12 incl. English + 7 approved subjects.
- French Baccalaureate: 7 subjects with Math in the terminal year.
- IGCSE: 8 O-Level subjects incl. English + 7 approved subjects.
- International Baccalaureate: 6 subjects incl. English + Theory of Knowledge & Extended Essay.
- Nile Certificate (CNISE): 7 L1 subjects incl. Arabic, English, and Math.
- Abitur: 7 subjects incl. English + 6 approved subjects.
- Arab’s Thanaweya: Any track – علمي علوم / علمي رياضه / أدبي + Qudrat or transcripts.
