Program Highlights
The curriculum explores areas such as video art, sound art, interactive installations, performance-based practices, and game environments. You will engage in conceptual development, visual experimentation, and the use of industry-standard software to produce innovative, media-based artworks that integrate narrative, interactivity, and cultural context. Combining artistic exploration with technical training in 2D/3D modeling and game engines, the program fosters critical awareness and prepares you for careers in media arts, immersive experiences, and game design.
Skill Development
Graduates of the Media and Game Art program are equipped to pursue careers across a wide spectrum of creative industries, including digital media production, interactive content development, game design, and contemporary art practice. They may work as game artists, immersive experience designers, multimedia content creators, video artists, or digital exhibition designers within cultural institutions, production studios, museums, and interdisciplinary art spaces. The program also supports entrepreneurial and freelance pathways, empowering graduates to establish their own creative practices and contribute to both local and international digital art communities.
Graduates will be prepared to take on roles within companies and institutions such as:
- Game Artist or Interactive Environment Designer, contributing to video game production and the creation of virtual worlds.
- Immersive Experience Designer, specializing in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) content.
- Multimedia Content Creator, developing interactive installations, interfaces, and digital storytelling experiences.
- Video Artist or Digital Media Designer, producing work for contemporary art platforms, online media, and screen-based exhibitions.
- Digital Exhibition Designer, working with museums and cultural institutions on immersive and media-integrated displays.

Academic Prerequisites
- Egyptian Thanaweya Amma: Any track – علمي علوم / علمي رياضه / أدبي.
- American Diploma: 8 subjects incl. English + 7 approved subjects + SAT/ACT/EST.
- Canadian Diploma: 8 subjects from Grades 11 & 12 incl. English + 7 approved subjects.
- French Baccalaureate: 7 subjects with Math in the terminal year.
- IGCSE: 8 O-Level subjects incl. English + 7 approved subjects.
- International Baccalaureate: 6 subjects incl. English + Theory of Knowledge & Extended Essay.
- Nile Certificate (CNISE): 7 L1 subjects incl. Arabic, English, and Math.
- Abitur: 7 subjects incl. English + 6 approved subjects.
- Arab’s Thanaweya: Any track – علمي علوم / علمي رياضه / أدبي + Qudrat or transcripts.
