Prof. Dr. Rania Sayed Mosallam

Biography
Prof. Dr. Rania Sayed Mosallam is a distinguished Professor of Conservative Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University. She has held several key leadership roles at Ahram Canadian University, where she served as Head of the Operative Department, Head of Clinics, Director of the Comprehensive Care Program, and a member and Secretary of the College Council. Her contributions extended to curriculum development, internship program design, and assessment systems including OSCE and OSPE.
She is an active educator, she has been deeply involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, clinical supervision, and academic mentoring. She has contributed significantly to curriculum development, logbook preparation, and the integration of modern concept of green dentistry into dental education. She is also a member of the Curriculum Development Committee and has played a key role in editing departmental books.
Prof. Mosallam is a recognized international speaker, having delivered lectures at major conferences including AEEDC Dubai, Africa Health ExCon, Cairo International Dental Congress, and numerous university and syndicate events.
Her research portfolio is extensive, with numerous publications in reputable national and international journals. She has supervised multiple Master’s and PhD theses and serves as a reviewer for international journals, including the European Journal of Dentistry.
In addition to her academic and research contributions, Prof. Mosallam is actively involved in organizing scientific events, workshops, and professional development programs.
